You’ve identified two things here no one else has said on KZbin; 1. Heels down 2. Pressure through level pedals . I appreciate those tips. Thank you

All solid tips. Here are two things I was doing that hurt my riding and once I fixed them, berms got easier. First, I wasn't leaning over enough for the speed I was going and so I popped over the top of the berm, so once I leaned over into it and trusted the berm, I got it. Second, I wasn't looking far enough down the trail. Tilting my head further back and turning to look further down the trail and where I wanted to go once I came out of the berm helped me stay planted in the berm instead of popping over the top.

So grateful for you, and these short and sweet tips vids. They are extremely helpful for us overthinkers. If anyone is on the fence about taking some coaching with Anneke, DO IT! I've been to a few clinics, and Anneke blows them out of the water, hands down. I will only watch her tutorials. Thanks for everything you do, and for inspiring us to enjoy the process.

Great tutorial. I was hoping you would mention the dippy / tippy elbow. Between that and the 2-1-0 for brake control, those were two big things I took out of the clinic we did and have been using them ever since. Have really helped and I definitely notice a change when I dip the elbow a little vs not.
