You are so helpful. Any tips on keeping the inside centered as I open larger pieces of clay on the wheel?

Tips for opening large pieces of clay: make sure your wheel speed is slower than normal. As a general rule the smaller the piece of clay the faster your wheel speed, and the larger the slower. For very larger pieces go very slow. Second tip - try throw larger pieces a lot. You will start off kind of bad but you will improve in time, slowly. This will make you a much better thrower over all, cup and regular bowls will later become some much more easy to make.
