Yes, the alerts will take you into the matching policy, and from there you can select the items you wish, choose Automate, and you can choose Power Automate actions as needed.

Yes, communication compliance in Microsoft Teams can remove messages that match specific policies. When a message is flagged for violating a communication compliance policy, reviewers can investigate and remove the inappropriate content from view. There is a lot of duplication throughout most Microsoft products. They like to give you several different ways to get to the same place. Sensitive info types are relevant to many different purview features though.
