Mastering Custom Form Responses to Sheets with Google Apps Script

Hi, congratulations, very interesting video, I've been following you for quite some time. It would be nice in addition to this work to understand how to create a report using the form data as if it were a database of responses. Example: a sheet that shows graphs and KPIs filtering the name of the person whose data is taken directly from the form responses. The report will also have to manage duplicate submissions on different dates in order to show the various improvements in the report. I hope I was clear, it would really be a great idea.

Using this technique, can you have the use lookup a user name and password before they are allowed to submit the Form?
