Really frustrates me that that the listening exercises are not done a little slower. Some Greeks speak at what sounds like a phenomenal pace, too fast for me to read and listen at the same time; for some reason you choose to use a guy that speaks as quickly as any Greek I know. I was paying for your service but didn't renew it be because you don't compensate for the fact that a beginner needs to build up their ability to hear and read at the same time, and without reading at the same time it doesn't go in at all for me. These listening exercises vary in difficulty, to be told they are all BASIC is very discouraging. Just when I think I'm making some progress an exercise comes along where the guy is talking at lightening speed, and I just can't keep up. Some of your presenters slow it down a bit, understanding some of us need to hear phrases at a slower pace to begin with, but others don't make that allowance, which is why I cancelled my subscription; that, and the fact that it's all a little haphazard. Step-by-step and delivered at a slower pace to begin with is something I'll pay for, but you use speakers that don't have the ability to slow down a touch, which leaves me feeling disheartened!

Go to settings, playback speed, and then slow the video down. You're welcome.

Also, stop crying. If you really feel that way then contact them directly, especially if you paid for it then they gave you direct contact info. There's not an easy button in life, especially in learning new languages, so either get out of your comfort zone and figure it out or do something else.

Way too harsh a reply to someone’s comment. That is not crying that is sharing one’s experience trying to use this to learn. I feel exactly the same way as the commentor… a word or words may be introduced and they are immediately followed by not basic sentences spoken really quickly. This is a comment as was the original on the methodology. This doesn’t work for me as it didn’t work for him. This has nothing to do with crying or comfort zones - - we both found the methodology unhelpful. This seems a perfectly healthy use of comments - informing the creators of the content how people are experiencing the learning experiences they are presenting.

@Christian Habermann I cannot call you "re Christian" in greek. One needs to know the other very closely like a very close friend to -re them. Watch the video
