Hey, it all depends on you. If you just want to come to Australia, then take admission in any university. My criteria was to get into the best university, and UWA is ranked #1 here.

Hi, it all depends on your acquired skillset in data science. I know people who have not landed jobs here, and I know people who have received job offers before graduating. Salary range can be anywhere from $80k-$200k

@@yours.lovingly again it depends on the end goal. All 3 universities mentioned have their own advantages and disadvantages. UWA & Uni of Adelaide are undoubtedly the best. It will depend on the location where you would like to study. Also from PR perspective.

I have the offer letter from UWA for master of data science starting from 2025 feb, is it still the best uni to study? In perth, And how many lectures are there in a week and how many hours a day, and what will be your review of their teaching and lecturers is the study hard compared to india? What is the ratio of practical and theoretical study.

@@vaibhavgajjar9908 hi Vaibhav, course curriculum is really good, well planned for all kind of students. I believe it will be more streamlined (mds started sometime back so it will only improve). Regarding studies, definitely it’s difficult from Indian education, as it will be practical based and you can’t get marks if you don’t study. Number of lectures depends of the units, generally 2-3 hours lecture per unit per week and then 2 hours lab per week. Selecting UWA will depend on various factors like personal minestrones already achieved, current skill sets and future expectations.

Yes, you can. But again if you have relevant work experience, that will help.

It will depend on the course and curriculum. In my case, attendance is not mandatory, but it’s suggested to attend selected lectures and labs.

Hi Navamn, getting a scholarship depends on many factors such as your high school percentage, volunteering done in the past, excellence in sports/education, and/or great feedback from your managers if you have work experience. I’ll try to make a video on this as well.

Hi Tushar, electives depends on your interest areas, I have taken electives as I want to move into AI/ML, you can always consult a professional, you can take guidance from me when you have enrolled. Regarding the job market, it’s good, there is a skill shortage as of now, so high probably of getting a job if you have a desired skillset.

As of now, this course doesn’t come under SOL. So keep that in mind. This course has a good future, but the job market is not very good. You have to work hard to get a job, but once you get a job you will find it easy in everything.

UWA is undoubtedly one of the best uni in Australia. Masters of BA is a good course and the market is not bad. You might not find a job by just applying to a bunch of companies, but at the end you’ll get a job. Surely, Analytics jobs are much more in Sydney & Mel.

Hi Vinod, many students enroll for Masters in marketing programs. It is a well-curated program at most of the universities here in Australia. But sometimes it can be challenging to find a suitable job in the same domain as Asians are generally preferred in IT/Analytics related profiles only.

Thanks Prachurya, the easiest way is to look for the analyst profiles in your company. Start following the people from Analytics team, and talk to them. You should have good knowledge of Excel, and other tools depending on what the company is using. Apart from that you can connect with professionals on LinkedIn. As far as I have understood, you should know 1. EXCEL (and power query) 2. Power BI or Tableau 3. SQL 4. Python 5. R (depending on the scope of work) 6. Cloud computing (AZURE preferred) Let me know if you need further help.

Try to forecast the sales of your territory and create GTM strategy that you can show to your management. Just try to show that you can handle more than what you got.
