Welcome to our latest KZbin video where we take on the ultimate leaf removal challenge! Join us as we tackle a massive pile of leaves that we previously blew down a hill from one of our customers' properties.
In this exciting adventure, we showcase our innovative techniques for efficiently removing and disposing of a large volume of leaves. We start by pushing the leaves onto multiple tarps, carefully loading them into our dump trailer. Once we have most of the leaves in the trailer, we switch gears and utilize the powerful X Mark Ultra Vac mower to suck up the remaining leaves. We then dump them onto tarps to load them into the dump trailer.

Nice work men! I will say, I haven't tarped leaves for probably 10 plus years. The easiest and most efficient way I have found with leaves is to suck the leaves up with the mower and bagger, and back onto the dump trailer and dump them. I built sides for my dump trailer and bought a mesh tarp from harbor freight. I bought some heavy duty aluminum folding ramps from Northern Tool as the regular ramps for most dump trailers don't work well with smaller tires on a mower. As I back up and dump the leaves from the bagger into the trailer, I use a scoop shovel to stack them. Way faster, muck less work, and you can haul more leaves when they are mulched up from the bagger. Thanks for the video!

I think you guys had about the fastest way for your equipment. I have a 16 ft flatbed and an enclosed. And I work solo so my answers different. If too many leaves for a trailer load i mulch them on the ground first. Then bag with mower. Ideally id dump the bagger onto tarps or large debris bags on the trailer for much easier unloading. But I have tarped too. Id use a lot of tarps again for easy unloading. It all depends depends on the situation. Distance to dunp site. Power of mower. Size of bagger system. Size/type of trailer. How stong you are to lift tarps.

So you don’t like to use the bagging system on the mower, I guess it’s to many leaves? I do agree it can be tough on the mower to try to mulch up and bag that much volume of leaves but that is what I do at the moment.

Did you watch the whole video? We pushed the majority on tarps and then we sucked them up. The ultravac is a must!
