I am getting the spinning beachball every time I try to do anything with the tracker and I need help, google does not understand my question. FCP doesn't lag at all except when trying to move around the tracker for correction, and I am using proxy media only! Please help

Great video as always. Many thanks. Which is a bit disappointing though is that object tracker does not work on vertical projects just like stabilization, titles and transitions so you need to track first in a regular horizontal project and Then compound and crop, or use a compressor preset.

Nyet. You need a third party plugin like the one from mVFX unfortunately.
