I have a question here. What if I am getting emissions like CO2, CO, SO2 etc. during the process while getting my output products, should I have to consider these? This won't fit with the mass balance among input output. What's the approach towards it. Kindly specify.

I would suggest you to add all those emissions as well if you have specific data on quantity. But at the end everything has to be mass balanced. The input should be equal to the sum of XYZ products plus the other gases like CO and SO2.
