Mi profesor me decia que practicara por sesiones de 25 a 30 minutos con descansos de 5 minutos entre cada una para refrescar la memoria

That’s a tough one! For me, memorizing comes with more practice, so that I give my hands a chance to remember the notes using muscle memory! Hope that helps 🤗
