Pump as many times as it takes to get your p*nis to approximately 60% full mast. Don’t forget to manscape and use some lubricant as you will get a better seal with the pump. I don’t think you should pump the water out base on minutes, just pump the water out until too feel a vacuum or tight suction. Then leave it on for one minute. Rest and repeat 3 times
