Fading Steps
- Set in guideline with 0 lever closed
- lever open set in next guideline
- 1 guard lever open next guideline
- 1.5, 2 & 3 guard blend up
- Blend second guideline w/ .5 guard open to 3 qtr
- Continue blending second guideline w/ 1 guard 3qtr
- Blend first guideline w zero, lever closed
- Open lever half way, continue blending
- Continue blending with lever open
- Do any touch up work
- Use trimmers to take out bottom hair
- Use electric shaver
- Do any line up with trimmers
- Shave with straight razor

Love watching your video tutorials. Been an at home barber for 20 something years, and now cut hair on my ship. It’s amazing what a haircut can do for someone’s morale! ​@@Loukask when you do w opens you have to blend out the line with a closed. So 1open 2 open Then fade out the line with a 2 closed. Use the corners of the clipper and the lever if the person has a full head of hair like kids etc.
