Great info. I have a principal interview Friday. I need to know what should be apart of my first 90 days entry plan.

The 90 plan should be a roadmap of how you will build strong relationships and get to know key stakeholders in and around the school community. Identify 90 “leaders” to meet with in the first 90 days. Ask the following questions: 1. What working well? 2. What could be improved? 3. If you were me and the brand new principal of the school, what would you focus on first and why? Gather that data and then study it. The results become your work for the next 1-3 years of leading the school. This is exactly how I entered a new leadership post. Hope this helps and best of luck on your interview.

How many principals will interview during the final interview?Do all of them will give questions one after the the other.

It always depends on the circumstances…but usually during the final interview it’s just the one principal of the school that has the available teaching position.
