Loving this video; one of my favorite parts is the clouds! They add such drama, and make that hawk just pop! Looking forward to Part 2. Thanks again for all the tips; every word, every comment.

Thank you so much for all of the beautiful work and sharing your knowledge. I have been watching for several months and have learned so much about color and laying down paint which is improving my work and helping my accuracy. No more muddy paintings! I look forward to your videos your commentary is excellent. When you are learning, sometimes you don’t know what it is that you are missing and watching and listening to you is eye opening. Thank you for your commitment to the arts. You are a terrific teacher!

Okay -- so I'm at the 1 hour 20 minute mark so far. I love watching you paint the clouds -- and I had to laugh when you referenced people's reactions when you put those unexpected brush strokes in. Green in the clouds? What? No -- It's gonna be okay --- really it is! Hahaha. Mr. Hawk is taking shape -- and I'm just as mesmerized watching him come to life as I was watching you paint that white owl -- the one that flew into the room! (Anybody who hasn't seen the owl video should definitely watch it.) Your color mixing fascinates me. I'm going to watch the rest of The Majestic Hawk now -- and I'll be looking forward to #2. Thank you once again for sharing your expertise with us. Best regards -- JV

So excited about this painting! It was just what I wanted to try next. You cracked me up over the mysterious dot of paint 😋. I would love to watch you paint the monarch! In my opinion, the bigger canvas/substrate, the better! This hawk is definitely going to be a challenge for me with all the different patterns in his feathers. I'll see you tomorrow 😁 Wonderful painting! ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
