How would you compare Master Plan to the FL Studio cloud mastering service?

One thing: Just lowering your master fader to -6db does not do the job. Because the signal still will run the channel at the original volume but just turned down. Its important to make the mix from the start at around -6db with the master fader being at 0. Or you turn down all channel faders in the end. Otherwise the channel will clip internally. And this can cause some clipping and distortion even though you turned it down to -6db
