What would cause a dilated lvot of 34 mm?

@@7bag7 the most important and common reason is high body habitus ( large body size) Dilated of lv can cause too

@@7bag7 calculate EDV indexed, if is over 74 ml/m2 is dilated and beside in those cases that LVOT is divergence measurement should be done close to the AoV ring not 1 cm beyond that

if the views are correct, we have RV enlargement and in this situation measuring all dimensions of RVOT in different views & RV in RV focused view should be done
