Now I have a question and I search Google but still can’t find out the reason why. This is regarding my blood pressure. I usually check 3 times a day at similarly time. I check when I wake up within one hour (approximately 149-159 degree). The lowest is before bed time. (approximately 116-121 degree). Average is 128-138 in the middle of time. I am a 73 years old female and retire. I swim 7 days week for about 1 hours (500 sq.ft.) within one hours. I am an early bird and when to bed at 9pm. I have sleep problem and continue to find way to save this problem. Thanks!
