The price hurts (especially with that Canadian exchange rate) but I've gotta pull the trigger on this guy. I know I'll be kicking myself if I miss out, especially once the rest of the DJD starts getting released. Hopefully MMC works out whatever the issues were that contributed to his price and gets back to something more reasonable for future releases.

He looks pretty good, another honest review. I think we all kinda new what we were getting into with this guy. At the $65 or so early bird he seems almost a must buy, but at $85+ ship now I have to make sure I really want this set.

Such an awesome character did some research on him and just cool kinda reminds me of a street fighter Vega sick and sadistic and thats dark for transformers AWESOME . i'm all new to this 3rd party stuff and MMC did u great job on this i have alot of takara stuff and it's good and has it's place but i'm impressed how solid MMC Vos is if this was a takara made Vos it might be too fragile to enjoy

Cynicus, the sausage finger challenge. Not happy I'm wasn't able to get this figure upon initial release. He's a good precursor as to what to expect from following DJD figure releases regarding size and quality.

mastermind and mech ideas are my two favorite 3rd party company's. I like how they use a lot of molded plastic over paint. However when they do use paint its really good and its not cheaply done. Great review looking forward to getting this guy keep it up.

Haven't gotten into the new comics. I would like to at some point. I do have the original complete run from Marvel. I actually had no idea who that figure was an sid not know it was going to transform. I am pretty amazed by that alone. Nice review!

Yep. Transformers the idw collection volume 1. There's a lot of them. But they're hard cover and over sized and look great on a shelf.

Now granted that it's from MMC, have to say, pretty cool that they gave us this decepticon that transforms into a sniper rifle. Though, would like to see a size comparison next to the Sentinel Optimus Prime Pen, then again, seeing this IDW character, kinda want it, since I'm kinda, a nut for complex transformers such as this. One thing though, while Hasbro is going down the IDW lane lately, would be interesting if they came out with this character as well, granted that he turns into a gun, which, I'm all fairness, I think, is pretty cool in my books. Would be interesting as well. :)

After carefully waiting for prices to drop on this guy. I got lucky enough to get him for the same price you payed. And an added bonus, the guy who sold it to me painted up the extra face and mask and it looks spot on. He is getting to me sometime this week and he will be the tipping point for me to see if I want to get the rest of the DJD. This review was always the one that made me REALLY want him. But that price he was going for steered me away every time.

Cool review man! Was not at all familiar wit the DJD so I googled them and their and interesting group. Anyways I did want him @ 1st but after seeing the retail price it an easy pass plus there isn't really no attachment to the character for me.The transformation looks cool but not fun at all. Always thought it be around the Fembots price point. I'm surprised some people already got him already since most retailers still have him on preorder.

I just mite bite if the price is right as long as he/she is packed in robot form cuz I'd never transform it also it would be cool to see a few more book reviews we have had watch sessions over this is how good transformers is storywise: and with high props to the story teller before all we had was botimus reading the box.

Great review and I think you nailed it, design and engineering look great on this figure but the price point now is just too much and I know MMC gave us the new factory excuse but its still too much for a figure of this size which makes it a pass for me. Again solid review!
