Your name is not clearly told, when you began the video. Maybe in a subsequent video, you could tell it clearly. Most car AC refilling centers do not do the job completely. No, vacuuming, No Oil replacement, No check for leakages though the Gauges (They prescribe - leave the car in the garage for extensive checks, and maybe big Overhaul of the entire AC system when it is not really needed) . As i am a HVAC engineer i recommend you to charge all types of blended refrigerants(gas) in a liquid matter by upside down position of a cylinder. Because 134a gas is a mixture of other gas too.

What gas has to do with gravity even if it is in a liquid form? It's liquid under pressure.

In the video, he is charging through the suction side. Inverting the bottle will cause liquid refrigerant to enter the compressor which is not at all advisable. Compressor parts can get damaged due to overpressure. Keeping the bottle upright ensures that out of the liq+gas mixture, it is the gas that enters the ac compressor.

​@@vinayakpatil355brother gas, although liquid, will exist with some percentage of its vapour. U will always have liq + vapour mixture. The ratio of vapour increases as the pressure inside the container decreases. How the pressure will decrease? When gas flows out during charging.
