As the course is for only 1yr your foundation must be strong that is why she's is providing the syllabus which most ppl doesn't do. Just process ur thoughts once before pointing on someone.

With the skills you mentioned, you can choose any but if you are interested less in programming and business requirement study interests you then choose business analytics. Everyone has scope for everything if they know what they want to pursue their career in. If you have the right skills in your resume even if no experience then you would land a job. start some freelancing work/online internships/build personal projects in the field. Goodluck
