brother needs genuine advice, currently I am working in canara bank , a type of govt job , package is around 10 lakh, age 30 , now I want to move to Ireland because I think growth is not here probably not in banking sector because pressure is so much that you can't take promotion. This is the condition of every bankers in India , no work life balance. Now I am thinking that I will do one ms course of finance in Ireland and will get a better job as compared to India .and also I will get salary what i deserve and what i worked . what do u think ?
