FYI, dont make any actions when the game is paused. That is the highest chance to cause desync's, because all the actions will stack and need to be processed at once.

@@LucasCarter2 bruh what? obv synthetic ascension is the best in the game but having the ability to settle literally ANYWHERE from year 0 is insane, not to mention the pop speed civics and traits you can get. Also not having to worry about food its great too, lets you focus on minerals and energy which are much more important anyways.

@Ivar the Boneless robots were terrible in the game they played with them though. When pops were an active choice to build, really expensive, and still took longer to grow. Didn't help that the settings Lewis set meant they couldn't use their advantages at all. Well, the game I remember and they probably base it on at least.

Sure Solo is an alien. He is from Corellia. Basically space America that is ruled by an oligarchy which annoyed everyone else so much that Palpatine put a huge fleet over them to shut them up. This was met with approval by most non-Corellians.

If there's a gaia world by a fallen empire, if you open its planet view it should say "holy world" if it's one you can't settle. And that only happens for spiritualist fallen empires. So.... ....that gaia world by the fallen empire by Lewis's border is fine, since it's a xenophile, UNLESS there's a spiritualist fallen empire elsewhere nearby and it's a holy world anyways. (note: I have not watched the whole vod yet)

just a shame its ship design workshop been crippled over the years thank fuck for mods ,or how the planetary districts are so arbitrary limited.... i mean , no more floods to dam up or such heard about solar farms ? or exotic material reactors ,not to mention...a an empire you rather pollute 79% of all your planets at the same time ,or focuse planet crack one at a time to drain it of exotic materials etc gota love its deeper economic system of raw materials/energy vs refined goods etc re-work they did though

they should play with the mod that makes point defense and torpedos only use normal hardpoints agen.... be nice to see them actually customise ther ships a bit and not just use the fake choise devs few configurations ,either way...niiiiiiiice... more stellaris! but yee...the planet automation/self handle could be lees convoluted set up...at least make planets a player sets to automated allowed to 'emergency' solve stuff like lack of housing or jobb's ...and poke the player with hints towards the more governmental empire wide scale mechanics for it to direct growth & resource focuse if none is given.

​@@TranscenGopher well...they allready is doing that ,duncan for example hade only shields as he said on his ships... so... dont think its aesthetic or such its a 3 sec decisions whil they are banthering aka what tactical weight you give the fleet example...should i research point defense at the cost of lees anti corvete weaponry ,or include it and gamble i never have to endure any large scale missile/torpedo assults ? it just leet the script slab on what they have the most research in .....playing with a mod to make pd's and torps make sense agen just leets the script chose whats best in all categories..aka ,what ever they on the sly tryeed to research to give some decent gameplay to match the banther so they dont have to meta game it all in the style of... ''hmm now we spent 2 houers before stream reading up on what combos of weapons that is 'allowed' to be combined'' = stream shorter after all ,how many times have someone of them been killed in a game and unable to contribute more banther because some arbitary limit denying them a logical application of the ingame assets ?

The claims systems in Paradox games are always so pointless and irritating.

@@tomfu430 It's basically the same for all their games, and it sucks. HOI IV sucks less than the rest because it lets you take victories beyond your claims, which claims are just arbitrary limits. If they want to delay wars, add a "prepare for war against X" that everyone can see and react to, and starting too soon gives you bad buffs. The limited claims and wonky scoring means it's very slow to take territory even with overwhelming power, and the score criteria make no sense. In fact, there shouldn't be any, and it should be planet-by-planet occupation like other games, with penalties until war is ended and over time for occupation. Unless both parties want peace, there shouldn't be a way to "force peace" except by domination, since it makes no sense. They might say "BuT ThAt maKEs ScOURGe RACes PoInteSS", to which I say, any AI diplomacy is already braindead, and you don't need stupid claims systems for diplomacy with humans.

@@gajbooks Yeah, I've noticed taking planets in Stellaris means fuck-all. Like you can take 5 planets, and there will be 5 more warscore, but lose a few ships? 20 warscore. It makes absolutely no fucking sense that your Empire just falls apart after losing a few ships, even if the fighting NEVER reaches your borders.
