i showed my son your namm video and he was inspired. He plays quads in a nationally recognized winter marching band and we just got back from Chicago where he marched in the Thanksgiving day parade. Keep doing your thing and just know that people all over are on the same wavelength as you. Rhythm is life.

Enjoy sir! Thanks for sharing your adventures with us ole has been drummers. You inspired me to pick back up my sticks after a 16 year hiatus. Going back to the basics and tackling hybrids. Keep doing you and as for the haters, you are hanging out with one of the best percussionist around. He and Ray luzier are my two faves in no particular order. Both are beasts in their own way and are very humble guys. Kinda like you portray

Humbling video. The stick control on these guys is phenomenal. Humbling, yet inspiring at the same time. I was a bass drummer in high school. We won the state wide tournament "Drums on Fire" with a show class performance, and i thought THAT was good. It's nothing to these two guys playing around. It's like a mcdonald's cook watching two chefs have fun.

My recommendation is to focus on your rudiments first. Mastering Single, Double, Paradiddle, Flam, and Drag now are going to set you up for all kinds of success in the future. Once you learn all of that, then you can start doing all of the crazy stuff that he does

Rodimus both of the comments are great advice. The only other thing I’ll add on is to work with mastering the finger control and press technique which both will play a vital roll into how well you’ll be able to play those rudiments or not
