mainly because these hifi geeks with so called high end systems are scared to play proper music because most people will tell them it sounds shite.. this demo here is not proper music either. need to vocals to hear if the system sounds any good. imho 99% of high end crap sounds terrible. some of the best systems i've heard have been basic cheap systems. my sons system cost nothing but sounds amazing. not a hint of harsness as most systems have

Try Nordost 3 X anti static treatment on label surface of the cd (just rubbing a tiny amount with lint free cloth; I was amazed at the improvement when I used cds.
