This is unrelated to the video I think but I’ve been meditating to open my third eye and I tried the sun technique where you blink at the sun for a few seconds and then look away with closed eyes. That’s the first exercise I’ve done that has actually had any effect so I’m wondering how I go further with that and my overall meditation. Any suggestions?
