and when you wake up from dreaming..I can only report from my own experience. I've learned that I can't ignore my dreams. I almost never dream anything. If I remember, it's mostly nightmares. And since I didn't want to focus on the negative and thought I was crazy, I used to ignore them..I thought they were just dreams..although they almost always come true and today I see them as warnings. as warnings that I'm on the right or wrong path. The longer I ignored the negative signs in particular, the worse it got. I will never ignore my dreams again, I could have saved myself a lot of suffering. Whether they are good or bad, they are a blessing. 🙏😌 Sometimes it's just dreams, but over time I've learned when it's signs (intuition) and when I'm just stressed or scared, like watching a scary movie the night before.
