5 Self Defence moves everyone should know. What to build your Self-confidence? Start now: bit.ly/2GDOyYA
Wing Chun martial arts master teaches 5 Self Defence moves everyone should know. Real Martial Arts Master teaches students to destroy the Boxer, Muay Thai fighter and Wing Chun fighter using basic headlock defense.
Hi,
Master Wong here.
Let me ask you some questions…
Do you want to Self-confidence and are you ready to improve your health and coordination?
Wouldn't it be awesome if you could get rid of fear and learn to defend yourself? What if you could instantly download Wing Chun into your brain? These are questions I used to ask myself as well.
Just imagine if you had that Wing Chun Kung Fu skill, what would you do with it? Would that instantly change your life and health for the better? Unfortunately, Wing Chun Kung Fu isn't as easy as inserting a cord into our brains to download the information like the Matrix. You'll have to find a good Master if you want to learn correctly. Even if you find a Master that could expedite your training, it's going to take years to hone the skills that you envision.
Talk about "Wing Chun Kung Fu overload" . . .

Basically, wait for them to attack you first and thow up you arm and block their attack then hit whatever is open. Hit their face or kick their knee backwards. After block and first hit they should be stunned then go for a take down and head choke or any shot or move to finish them.

This was great, thanks, I've been looking for "self defense activities" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Eonuke Stupendous Equalizer - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? It is an awesome one off guide for discovering how to self defence techniques to keep your family safe without the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got cool results with it.

@marsbase3729
@marsbase3729 5 жыл бұрын
@@Charlie-gc1yv most of my training is alone due to the fact that none of my friends are really interested in martial arts and I don't really have the time or money to go to a class. So I do the best I can by myself, by researching, emulating and improvising. Every so often, I might get to spar and my skills are on par with people who do go to official classes. But I do admit that going to a class with good instructors in your particular style is likely to accelerate your progress faster than training alone, but training alone is better than nothing.
@marsbase3729
@marsbase3729 5 жыл бұрын
@@Charlie-gc1yv also you don't have to "boom the air". You can use heavy bag or if you can't get one, you can get creative and improvise. You can wrap a couple of yoga mats around a tree or maybe or get some boxing gloves and practice punching a solid wall, carefully of course.

@@shaquilleonealsfriend2813 I don't think this guy knows what he's doing. Notice how his hands are always open before he gets past their guard? That's one of the first rules of fighting you never throw an open hand it's a good way to get your fingers broken. And look when he makes a fist his thumb is curled out to the side and not underneath. That heel to toe smash looks almost practical but the opponent has to be bare feet in order for that to work. My first lesson at the age of 14 we were taught: If a man can not see he can not fight. If a man can not stand he can not fight. If a man can not breath he can not fight.; Your first lesson goes for the eyes Your third lesson goes for the legs There were several times when making a side neck strike in these lessons that could be applied to the throat rendering a person unable to breath, but striking on the carotid artery which could have the same desired affect in that it temporarily stops blood flow to the brain.

I remember a bully who harassed me once. He was extremely threatening and up-in-my-face to show who was the dominant one at school. I decided enough was enough and worked my self-defense magic on him. He NEVER teased me again, not even once. Years later we met at a softball-tournament, we shook hands and laughed and had a good time like none of that ever happened. The power of martial arts and forgiveness.
@masterwong101
@masterwong101 4 ай бұрын
That's a powerful testament to the effectiveness of martial arts, both in self-defense and in fostering forgiveness. Your story illustrates the transformative impact of mastering self-defense techniques, not just physically but emotionally as well. Remember, "The way you do anything is the way you do everything." It's about embodying strength and respect in all aspects of life. You demonstrated adaptability-the essence of combat-by diffusing the situation with skill and grace. Our full program on our website delves deeper into these principles.

Thanks for the advice...the real problem is the aggressive mental drive needed to initiate the correct physical retaliation. Most people will be unable to engage due to one natural obstacle....FEAR. Without any training anyone can kill anyone...its all about the mental attitude and this needs to be learnt first.

it's all easy to do right now because im focused and if i forget something i can watch the video over and over again but in a real life situation it's different you panic, you don't know how to think, you want to protect the people you are with and you may even forget what to do, it just needs practice...
@joesmania
@joesmania 5 жыл бұрын
"It just needs practice".. You answered correctly. By practicing this move over & over, you will form "muscle memory" so no thinking is required. Actually thinking during movement can be bad, better to observe & react. Awareness of situations & body positions with flowing movement to disable opponent. Don't over think it.

how about the people who too scared to react?

Then hands covering your ears and up, (it's a critically delicate spot too btw) face a little down and ready to be very agile and move your torso quick while holding a stable independent ground. Meaning holding a ground you can still stand in one foot too no matter what position you get pulled to. Never lose your ground, so stable position but always capable to move quickly depending of the best options left. Never lose your sight either, it's mind what actually really sees the moves coming to you, but without eyes isn't gonna work so focus and watch their ligaments and joints move, watch shoulders and neck muscles and thighs getting tighter before a kick, takes some experience to learn the difference from a fake leg swing and a shitty kick or distraction low kicks or a high tough kick maybe, but paying attention should make it a lot easier, while arms should be easier to concentrate on and keep in mind to block low kicks and middle kicks by turning your front bone to them with tensed up leg muscles. And yes, that leg turned front bone to get the hit actually works way over my surprise, sent people almost crying of pain in home since they kept hitting my leg and couldn't get a clean shot but still didn't stop. It's gonna hurt, but gonna hurt them more. Practice with a big sack of sand or gym bags even better, just teaches your muscles to fit the reactions and formation, makes it all easier for you. Elbows close around your ribs and why not a little by the belly. But remember, one in the stomach gets you by a high chance pretty bad if by surprise, while anyone's punch or kick in the ribs gets you in deep shit no matter what. It slows you down, ruins your breathing temper, ruins your heartbeat's rhythm since you kinda lose control for a few seconds in most organic functions that allow you to move normally. Always be ready to take a hit, you will always take a hit if a fight gets on, the point is you gotta be ready for the unexpected. Stay calm and control your temper and breath, DON'T panic, it's the most crucial factor on every situation that makes the difference between survival and every other thing that goes for shits. Getting panicked means pretty much getting stunned out of fear and give up while not really attempting to pull out of the fight, meaning you're offering yourself as a punch bag. Don't let shit like that happen, you're the one who makes your rules and control your decisions and results, never forget that, so don't allow yourself to get in a fight you are not sure you can go to the end of it. And yes i mean it, you can control it, just think critically and quick, but quality comes first, quality kept me alive, in almost every time i was in critical situations of any kind. Remember to protect your breath more than your face, and protect the sides of your face, it's the least to do, everybody hits for the face and one jaw hook and you go down, either 300 pounds or 30. But i've been thrown off to walls by hits in the face before and still had a fight back, while a kick in the ribs one time long ago got me so bad i was almost ashamed of my come back. (i got lucky that time, but a hell of a good lesson to protect my ribs better) In boxing hits on the face are 75% just for the points, i would rarely hit someone in the face if their body wouldn't be almost invulnerable to my hits. Torso hits are the shit, bottom going-up hook on ribs and i can bet my empty wallet the best taker wouldn't take it easy my worst shot even if he was ready for it. Remember ribs and facial bone lines are the weakest because they require a lot less speed for the amateur types of punches most often thrown to actually deal more than enough damage to put you in the final disadvantage. So a kick on the side of your knee or a thrown kick on the hips can be just as bad especially if there's more than one attacker or surprise factor is against you, that's the father of mess up. Another very important thing to know is that in crowded areas and bully situations gotta keep distance. Distance varies value as a priority some times, but in messy situations and against more than one aggressor becomes a very tight requirement, leaves very little space for mistakes and mistakes if exploited by the aggressors 90% of them result in fights started on your disadvantage in more than one way. your position, your ground, your breathing, your aiming and preparation to take the hit or give one back, everything is part of the package and a bunch of them can get right on your face from one little mistake on your distance. Take fear, if you're not afraid then you won't feel the hits flying around you nor right on your face, but if you're scared and fear gets you on every move they do then use that, learn it and read it, step ahead of fear and turn your panic to a prepared reaction. Read the moves and when fear hits you don't take it as signs of panic but take it as sign it's time to react. Therefore you'll be one up to two steps ahead. Fear is the first and most basic instinct of human kind and pretty much any creature with instincts of self preservation. In other words, unless you're a psychic who can read minds and shit, fear is what nothing else can beat it as in speed and quality, it's your absolute best unleashed, tame that and it all depends on your control to it. If you've seen the most spectacular movie fights the most famous fighters are those serious bad ass guys, because they show no fear, the feed their instincts with fear, they burn it inside. Well, Hollywood is full of shit, but that's what it's supposed to represent, they don't let any bit of fear leak out, as it would be a waste. So don't be the fearless tough guy, that's bullshit, fear is part of you and you can't hide it, once it takes over you're screwed, so make it friend and in worst case you'll keep your temper and reactions under control to not let anyone trigger you or control your actions by manipulation through fear and drawing your attention to situations you usually end up bitchslapped cause it's always a trap. Sorry for the super long stuff there, but been bullied my whole life and had a lot of shit come up on me, and thought hopefully if not for you at least someone else could find any help. I punched my way through schools and street fighting and ended up in very big shit, but still alive and with very few little scratches against almost no chance, by simply zero panic, breath control and finding peace with my fears, letting fear become a 6th sense to me. When you feel that's the good shit, that's when you know your brain already got a few answers ready before you come up with your first doubts and questions. Sorry i don't mention how to break bones or pull cool fun tricks, but i would just prefer to leave that up to you, as consequences are up to you and only, so you calculate those your way i guess. :) Good luck tho lol, no matter how good you are, luck sure does help anyone i guess. :)

Just don't close your eyes and pay attention to what your opponent is doing. Punch him in his chin as hard as you can, hopefully you hit hard so you don't hurt your hand, but it never fails me. They always drop. Watch out for a kicker, when he drops and jump on top of him like your tickling your little sister. 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼🤛🏼🤜🏼 Until he's either knocked out or quits. There's nothing to it. It can be a little nervy but that's your bodys natural defense. Adrenaline will either take over or confuse you. Just don't lose focus. Be confident and always throw the first punch, don't even let him talk. Unless he can really fight, you'll be good. Either way there's s lesson to be learned. If he starts throwing punches first, just wait for your time to strike and do it. And keep doing it. Just keep your eyes on his whole body. Try to stay calm as possible. Good luck. 3 months later. If you did it already or never fought him, just remember this for next time.
