What a wonderful example of a day to night report. Afterwards I’m assuming Jesus Christ, Chtulu, Mike Jones, and Beowulf will make an appearance to check on those 02 sats

She says that the O2 Saturation of 84 was when admitted to the ED, but later was 93, expected for patients with history of certain lung or breathing problems … , so don’t panic !! :)

Ummm... they didn't even discuss chest sounds, SOB, coughing/sputum or the patient's use of the incentive spirometer. Garbage report with relation to the patient's actual diagnosis.
