Fred Mastro is a fantastic example of what every Traditional teacher of Martial Arts trains his students to become, more advanced than his teacher, representing all Martial Arts in there true form, Respect, Honer first with the ability to finish a bad situation. Fred Mastro has elevated to grand master, grand teacher in my opinion.

Fred, your technique is perfect for the streets. But it all depends on surprise moments. The first move has to do the damage, and that's totally against our natural programming. You also should teach on how to overwrite instinctive behaviour. ( I served in Bosnia, learned it the hard way.)
