I work in a gas station and a vendor gave us a sample box of BCCR Espresso 200 and 300 mg. My manager and I tried them and I quote my manager saying, " I felt like I was on crack when I drank the 300mg one." and I conquer. Oh man, I hadn't heard that he passed away even though it was in 2017. There is a great talk he gives to the Oakland Raiders on YT that left a lasting impression on me almost a decade after first hearing it. If anyone wants to hear the man lay it down I recommend it

Our high school motto "It's the not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog". Growing up we had to calisthenics before every gym class. Jumping jacks, mountain climbers, push-ups etc...Coach did mess around. We would do the pacer test and measure our body fat.

@10:15 a week long horse back riding course would sound cool but the military has a way to take the fun out of almost everything. On the flip side a culmination event of a 60 mile overland nav course in the Colorado Rockies where you have to pack your own pack horses and are riding under nods does sound badass. Long range advanced equine recce course.
