Please take care of yourself lovely , your health comes before our entertainment . I have severe Osteoarthritis, lumbar and cervical stenosis , fibromyalgia and severe depression /anxiety . I really don’t have a life anymore ( no self pity just a fact ) so it’s good to get out and about with you 😂. Never at the expense of your health and wellbeing though , I am not a huge fan of this place but your store is miles bigger than mine so you have more choice …. God Bless Jodie , take care sweetie 💐

I loved the cream top ,and the same top in teal, with the beading around the neck. Teal's one of my favourite colours. I'd have bought the satin skirt, and the trousers, in that colour too. Then the sweatshirt with the gems on the neck ❤️ I loved Matalan when I lived in the Uk.

Thank you Jodie, please please do not push yourself to the point when you are in agony. If I did this, I would be in bed the following day. Pace yourself and if you cannot do it, then don'r. I used to get really down when I could not do things but have come to realise my limits. When I go to the shopping mall with my Sister and Niece, I will do one shop and then I sit down and let them go off on their own. Once I have had a sit down and maybe a couple of pain killers, I am ready to tackle another shop. I always get a trolley and then if my back starts to hurt I can lean on it and use it as a zimmer. My Niece has a young baby and I am happy to sit with the pram whilst my Niece can shop unburdoned. I know that after a day out shopping I will not have the energy to stand and cook, so I put on my PJ's and order a takeaway. The following day is a recovery day. I no longer go out Christmas Shopping it is all done online. The only shop I might go to is home bargains, mainly for candles and stocking stuffers. Stay well, wear your glasses if your eyes are bad, look after yourself. Much love xxx

Hi lovely Yes, I can totally relate, but I can honestly only manage one shop and sometimes not all of it, especially the big ones. I will visit a shop and it will be a few days to recover. I feel like I lost my life, and this is the only thing that keeps me sane. I know it sounds extreme, but it's true. I used to live such an active, fun life. Now I hardly talk to fun's because I just don't have the energy or brain capacity to participate in a conversation. You is my outlet, but I will ease up on these shop with me as they are slowly killing me. Thank you for always looking out for me, Diane You really don't know what it means to me. Xx

​​​@@bigprettyme1622 Please put your health first. It's our biggest gift in life. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Rheumatoid Arthritis in nearly every joint, Depression. I can fully relate to struggling, when it comes to shopping ( or doing anything ) Even if it's housework, I can only do one room (slowly with lots of rest breaks) The next day, or so, I can't get out of bed. If I go shopping I can, possibly, manage 2 stores,( IF I've taken morphine and a specialist drug that stops my heart beating too fast!) It's exhausting. We know that you're struggling, and none of us want you to endanger your health! Much as we enjoy these 'shop with me' Vlogs, please stop doing them. Swap them for something less strenuous for you. Please listen to your body! It's devastating when you can't do the things you used to. I was a full time Midwife and Neonatal Nurse, working 13 hour shifts. I also worked, as a Psychotherapist, on 2 days off from that. I have a husband, sons and a home to manage. Thankfully they're all so helpful and supportive but, when I had to stop my Nursing, it was devastating. That sadness lasted for years, as I felt I'd lost my identity. That I had no purpose in life. Now I realise that my purpose is to be as well as I can be, physically and mentally, so I can be around for my family. They're my priority. Show yourself some grace, and kindness, and please slow down xx❤️❤️

You better be looking after self woman I’d rather have less content and you ok. Now lecture over the oatmeal jacket I have last years less structured grey pin stripe oh my days I’ve worn it so much. Matalan trousers I can go down a size tops either the right size or one up. Can’t wait to see the try on. Take care lovely.
