Matar Keema 10 Minute Mutton Queema Recipe in Urdu Hindi - RKK

Ingredients 0:45 Whole masala is kara masala (Bari ilaichi, bay leaves, corriander, Cumin, turmeric, Lal mirch chillies), 🍅tomatoes paste , brown onions. 4:04 End ingredients: Lemon juice, dhania hara, podina , adrak slices .

Matar Keema recipe add, stir and sauté 1/2 cup oil or more/less 2 black cardamom 3 bay leaves then add 1 tablespoon garlic paste 1 teaspoon ginger paste Cover for a little and saute Then add: 1 tablespoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper 1/4 teaspoon turmeric Add 1 tablespoon water Stir Add 1/3 cup fried onions 1 tablespoon water Stir and wait for oil to rise Add 1/2 cup tomato puree After 2-3 minutes Add 1 lb ground meat Can add peas at this point Stir and cover to cook for 10 minutes After 10 minutes Can add 1 cup peas here instead Add 6 green chillies halved After a couple minutes Add 1/2 handful chopped cilantro Add 1/2 handful chopped mint Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice Cook for 1 more minute cooked Serve, garnish with ginger and cilantro and enjoy.
