Ingredients
400 gms paneer
11/2 cup matar
4 tbsps ghee
1 tsp jeera
1 tbsp mota kuta masala
1 tbsp kasoori methi
coriander leaves
2 tbsps besan
2 onions
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp kitchen king masala
1/2 tsp mix masala
1 cup dahi
1 tbsp adarak lahsoon paste
1/2 cup tomato puree
2 hybrid tomatoes grated
6 tbsps hot and sweet ketchup
3 cups hot milk/ water
1 tsp salt
3 tbsps kaju paste
1/2 cup malai
1 cup khoya
1/4th cup grated paneer
