Actually, I think that was just the first sound of Mel's sentence getting cut off. Reason: I DM a D&D game on Discord and my group has noticed that Discord often doesn't recognise you've started speaking until you're halfway through the first word if your sentence starts with an 's' sound. The party's Rogue (Inquisitive) is a hard-boiled detective called Jimmy 'Shirtsleeves' McDouglas. Or 'Hurtsleeves' as we've taken to calling him because of how often Discord cuts of that first sound when he describes what his character does... And also because it's appropriate because he gets beaten up a lot trying to sneak into places alone to gather evidence.
