How do you select the Chief’s Tools? As I’ve won them all but I can’t see where to select them at the start of a level.

Does anyone know how to get to see the levels, I want to go back and replay the ones that I have already played but I can't seem to find out where they are

I’m totally stuck on level 92 (‘super hard’ level). I really don’t want to have to spend another $10 just to pass this impossible level.
