Madlyn Rue was absolutely gorgeous....sadly about 10 years after this episode, she developed Multiple Sclerosis at the young age of 48 and was soon after confined to a wheelchair...

tv role to date probably.. being ricardo montalbans girlfriend in the old star trek series? I too loved her. so sweet. you know what her story was in the end? i always wondered why they killed the character off.. considering i knew she wasnt dead... theres an interview i read once by susanne pleshette (of the Hitchcock movie the Birds and pleshette recalled one day e they were in a clothing store togther shopping having a good time and pleshette said Rhue suddenly became ill.. this ended up becoming her very first physical symptom of her soon to be MS issues... and went lost bladdercontrol while still in the store and still dressed. Pleshette states she felt so horrible for her best friend.. eventually Madyln Rhue was diagnosed with MS. and that was the very first sign she had that anything was medically wrong. she also had to buy her a new set of clothes while rhue, who was deeply concerned but also very embarassed, waited in the change room. Pleshette being the loyal and kind person she is. Eventually her condition detiorated to the point she was confined to a wheelchair.. (which is a death sentence for most actors in Hollywood) and eventually died after the movie was released of Star Trek the Wrath Of Khan.. (released 1982)

If the answer is the bathroom and the john, toilet and potty are a match, why isn't the tub a match? They are all different parts of a bathroom, right? Accepting the tub would have changed the outcome of this game! They are usually very fair and in favor of helping the player but I think they goofed up this time.

This is the wackiest contestant? Seriously? I remember a young woman who was completely deer-in-the-headlights zoned-out. It took an eternity for her to utter a single syllable. I'm not sure if she was "self-medicated" or paralyzed with stage fright. She actually became the champ, briefly. Does anyone else remember this woman?

+girlgeniusNYC Over a hundred years ago it was common to have the bath tub close to the pot belly stove which was on the edge of the kitchen, close to the center of the now popular small home. Furnaces where uncommon, and the stove was the only way to heat water ie... for the tub and heat the small home. The toilet however was in the outhouse or outhuose as it were

I think wacko is a bit much. She was just excited to be on the show. I thought about tub for a little bit and I agree with the judges. They were clearly looking for bathroom/toilet. I don't think sink would have matched either. Wow Madlyn with hit for one of her answers. Seems like that was peering into her relationships with that answer. I felt sorry for her.

The story always was they would take a break after 3 taping shows and have lunch/dinner. Brett invariably would have dark glasses on when they came back and that usually meant she hit the sauce during the break. When watching GSN always pay attention to Brett on the 3rd or 4th day of the week. She usually had dark glasses.
