Yes, GLAAD. My apologies. My feelings are that this is 1974. Times have greatly changed since then. I don't think what was said is a problem at all since it was the sign of the times. There is no harm with anybody's responses. This episode did air on CBS back in 1974 and in repeats for a while. I think people are very sensitive with this topic which is why this episode along with a list of others are now banned. IMO, people need to understand that this is from 1974, not 2012.

There was nothing offensive about the term fairy when Nipsey described it as part of the play Cinderella and even Richard's response was ok when he said "Being a fairy doesn't mean you're a bad person" but the last "celebrity" Ann kinda crossed a line by replying to Dawson "On the contrary Dickie, it does". Maybe if she hadn't made that comment the episode would still be airing.

Ben Stiller's mom. With Meara and Stiller (Jerry) for parents, he couldn't escape being talented and funny. When she flirted with Gene, I almost choked given that her Hollywood marriage that actually lasted was to a different physical type almost the complete opposite of Gene but I'm with her. I found it really amazing how much we've changed as a society .. in that things we said in public back in '74, that would offended jews and homosexuals, weren't clearly prohibited.
