The brothers won't sack Maynard during this season. The squad will be re-shaped over the summer. Personally I don't see Macca and Jodi being able to leave as they're under contract. Yes we need several players but it's not all doom and gloom for me.

I'm not sure what your manager is supposed to do with the players he has though. The recruitment was so poor. Everyone knew you needed to strengthen your backline and at I'm a loss to why it didn't happen. If your manager isn't involved in recruitment its on your owners and the recruitment team they hired. Your play style was found out at this level.

Good, intelligent summary. I agree Maynard has to go but which manager of worth is available now? I would think the best option is Jim O Brien until the end of the season. Accept Jones, Langstaff and Crowley will be bought. New Manager appointed in June and with a Championship pedigree who will attract quality players. I still believe in the excellence of the owners. They are not ones to panic and Whilst the situation today I’d dire I don’t think the fans should either. It will be fine.

Langstaff has been incredible t notts but the poultry offers for him in the transfer market 42goals and 25 this season 67 gols but people are saying he doesn't turn up at big games it's also not helping playing out of position people critisise namane for me he is a ply maker it's like chicken until the influx of new players he is regular in the first team yes injury kept him out but moving players out and playing players out of place big fail stop rotating players Jimmy sorrel kept the same team weekin week out players knew each other on the park now its who do I pass it too

75% possession, most of it in our own half!! Swindon apparently unable to defend crosses yet Jatta doesn’t start? Jatta comes on and scores…you can’t make it up. Radio commentary saying players look lethargic and not interested. MK Dons will be tough. Fans are feeling defeated, players have to take responsibility. Maynard needs to go ASAP but the owners won’t sack him during the season.

It gets lower and lower each game, 250 miles round trip for that bilge performance, I couldn’t be bothered to celebrate the Jatta goal. And….when teams play with excitement and without fear, as in earlier this season, results come and you punch above your weight. When doubt sets in what was simple becomes hard, fear and frustration takes over. Same group of players, different mindset. Bring on the end of the season and a reset.

I think sleep walking in to a disaster next season sums it up...I've been worried all season. We just cannot,cannot,cannot get relegated again....so something drastic needs to happen. Surely there are thoughts at the top along these lines... Let's keep the faith in the club and ourselves, if not the current manager and team.

Cracks began to appear before Williams left but got worse afterward. I think it's partly a manager who stepped up level and having to adjust, partly recruitment, and partly defenders that seem to not like aerial battles and don't have the ball skills and trackback speed to play the way the manager/owners? want. Now it looks like some players aren't even playing for their own pride, let alone the badge. Easy to blame the manager but since he isn't even involved in recruitment, it's not all on him. Now the choice to play 3 at the back is on the manager and a baffling choice given the defensive woes.

This management team are weak. Out of form, big name players need a spell on the sidelines, but they're still getting picked. McG shouldn't have come in for Jatta. Lucca shouldnt have lost his spot after Bradford. Cameron should have been benched after Salford. "Constant individual mistakes" are rewarded with starting spot, rather than a rollocking and time out. The Owners need to step up now. When was the last time we heard from Joe Palmer? The fans forum 4 months ago? Notts are sleepwalking into a very very tough 24/25 season and the fans are the only ones making any noise about it!!

Well jatta was taken off in the last home game midway through put him on with thirteen mins to go he created more in the 13 minutes than he did in the whole of the last home game over half a game slocombe has got to be better than stone and Hammond is on lone slocome is the better of the three I can't believe the problem we have is we used to be direct going forward now we get a throw in in the attacking half level with the 18 yard box the next thing we pass back n back next thing it's. In slocombes hands again when we go forward now we spend more time going backwards with passing the ball it goes back or across the pitch but not forward stop swapping the team around playing players out of position blame him him whoever this is supposed to be the black n white army while we are supposed to go head first into battle we spend half the time running backwards into out defense turn and fight the battle come on notts 51 points sutton and forest green can still get 51 points we are still within 9 points of playoffs with 18 on the table
