As a person who has been to medieval times, dolly’s stampede and the pirate show I can say they are all good in there own right. The stampede is classic food for me a girl from west Kentucky, medieval times has really really good food too same with the pirate show. The pirate show was probably my favorite to watch so if you have the chance to choose that’s definitely the one to go for

Comedy Barn was AMAZING! I went when I was like 9 or 10 years old, and was a volunteer for the dog jumping on stage~ You can buy the recording of the show you attended, so it's always so fun to go back and watch it with my family! VHS tapes were still the norm, so they probably have DVDs or Blu-rays now. I highly recommend the Comedy Barn for some good clean family fun.

They put on a whole family show at the Dixie Stampede - absolutely no war reenactment though. There were horses, dogs, tons of people etc... I would compare it more to an icecapades type show then medieval times.
