The majority of flies that hatch on Pennine rivers are small uprights- small species of ephomeroptera or mayfly. I fished the olive version of this fly on the Oldman river in Alberta in a blizzard during a blue winged olive hatch. The hatch was crazy and the cuthroat went wild. I stopped fishing 3 hours before the end of the day. It was just too easy catching at will. Great fly with an excellent profile.
