As “miniature cars”, the newer stuff is so much better. More detailed castings, better decals and paint. But as “childhood toys”, the old stuff wipes the floor with them. The solidity, and the “romance” that comes from that heaviness alone. It’s hard to imagine today’s models will have that same visceral sensation in 50 years. But who knows? Thanks, as always for sharing your great stuff and thoughts. 😊👍😘
