Great episode. Any recommendations for helping those dropping ends to not bail so quickly?

We teach them to read the OT for run/pass, especially on early downs. Give a money sign when it is 3rd to tell them it is ok to stab & drop. Think of it like a read-pop. If the OT works to base block the DE, he can loop back inside with eyes on the QB/mesh. This helps the COP B-C player too because it engages the OT longer.
