I remember watching that tournament, that was the worst camera view. The table looks weird, too flat, perspective is wrong, you can't see the angles, it's awful. Hopefully they learnt from that.

no, the 9 ball is put back on the table at the spot, all other potted balls (if any) stay in the pockets, and your opponent is given ball in hand

Yes, he has a very crooked swingarm, it's his own technique, but no one would ever teach it like that. I'm thinking, he does it, because maybe he started as a kid and couldn't reach the table properly
