Just look at how well Shane broke during all of 2022 (PLP, WPC, and UK Open in particular), then think about how not long afterwards, the side rail break in WNT events was swiftly erased and changed to the "break box" rule that we have today. 🤔 IMHO, I think Shane knows that this rule change might be his own fault 🤣

Sometimes he does. It looks like to me he does that when he can't figure out the break and then gives up even trying. I'm probably wrong tho, he broke with his playing cue during last Mosconi and it worked just fine.

Tough match for both! Jose could be very good,he will harden up in time and be a force. ( probably). Worse time of it I have ever seen Shane have but he still shot good. Now the hard news; Is it really that hard to find decent commentators.? I don’t think there is a need to try and be melodramatic. The game takes care of itself. Besides, you both suck at it. Try just telling us, What’s happening; What’s happened; And describe the skill required for each shot and how to do it; and ( or ) how the player did it. That’s the part you are supposed to be doing Karl Boyes ,yet you never even try. And your whispering,mumbling, approach to talking ain’t gonna cut it. Your not getting the job done. (Not saying you couldn’t do it. Just saying your not doing it .) Thanks for listening. Oh yeah,can’t quit till I point out the ridiculous use of the PURPLE five ball!
