Not many tournaments say you can't concede. I actually think it was Matchroom that doesn't allow it though. All that happens is he lost. The problems might arise because a lot of people bet money on players, so if you bet on Tyler and he conceded a match or game, people wouldn't be happy about it. I'm sure his sponsors don't like it either. Maybe Matchroom lets you quit the whole match, but not just one game. He could just say I feel sick or something.
