I think is mainly because there is alot of skill gap in the lower ranks. Drive rush in neutral and stuff like that is only possible when you are better than your opponent on the ground. Similar to jump ins. But that gap is easily exploitable in this game where a relatively small skill advantage means you get away with alot more on the ground.

Endingwalker:s ryu is so amazing. The only flaw is Endingwalker:s mental endurance. I really recommend him to go gym for cardio training and keep himself fit, just like what Tokido does.

Absolutely correct for if you play the normal way, JP players will easily catch on and defeat you.
