Great job, thanks! As to the motion that got us to jump offsides (Fowler), it used to be that if the Defender got back before the ball was snapped, there was no foul. They should bring that back.
@danielclark85912 жыл бұрын
That’s still the rule however if an Oline player reacts it’s an automatic neutral zone infraction. As that was a scheme to draw that penalty, the Oline players are going to be looking for a defender to take the bait and react. Fowler has been undisciplined and I would bet it’s no coincidence that the motion is in front of him.
@williamblackfyre48662 жыл бұрын
They can still get back before it is snapped, but if the OLine player reacts to the motion then they will call it. Honestly, I'm an Eagles fan but it is absolutely ridiculous to say it should be banned on THIS play. Everyone in the stands and on the field knew they weren't going for it on 4th and 4, and were just trying to draw a team that leads the league in penalties last year and this year offsides. Everyone except Fowler that is. That is an awful penalty from an undisciplined team, and this comes down to coaching. Either you coach your players to use their heads when they play or they are just out their reacting and not thinking about the situation or consequences for their actions.

Great film breakdown! I love your channel because of no bias! I feel Dallas’s problem on defense is two players…to start, LVE is to slow to react on a run play, it’s like he reads pass first, run second, it should be opposite. Second players is Jourdan Lewis, it’s either hurt or not going 100% all plays?! A Brown is hanging on to his job but doesn’t get much respect. If we had a fast strong ILB would help our run game tremendously! Aloha n mahalo

great job as always, was wondering if you could look at 1 how Dallas changes things to stop the RPO. I didnt understand why they kept using Parsons & at times other edge players to spy on the RPO making them hesitate. Especially on plays when they left Parsons unblockec on purpose making him decide on what to do, go get QB with his 4.3 speed or hesitate basically making him useless. Second id love if you could look at the play that the Eagles score to go up 26-17. They use Devonta Smith to act as if he was gonna block D Wilson who looks to have man coverage on TE while AB is suppose to cover Devonta. Now its an RPO & Wilson bites on the fake handoff just for a moment thrn realizes the TE running his route into the flat of the end zone. Yet by the time he sees this & starts to go cover the TE, the TE has crossed out past hash marks & AB is covering him. This left Devonta wide open & it looks like Wilson should of switched his coverage to him. Gholston is chasing Hurts so no need to worry if he runs. It almost is like quarters coverage & once that TE gets outside hash marks that makes him ABs man not Wilsons. Yet im not sure Wilson even knows Devontae is behind him wide open & if he didnt think he had help. Could you please look at that play & breakdown what you see. Thanks & again big fan of your breakdowns keep'em coming.

Which in fact shifted footwork side to side by defense # 56. So in looking back at this play would number #68 not be penalized for offsides?

Good shit again my bro. Love watching your 22's breakdown.. Since watching these 22's I noticed that dallas's safeties were doing nothing in the run game all game long. I honestly think DQ called his worst game. Why have Kearse single high in so many run look formations especially knowing that hurts could rpo them to death which literally freezes up two defenders every time they run an rpo. Kearse wilson and hook was our free chess pieces in this game and we didn't use them well IMO.
@GoneFishin6102 жыл бұрын
Yeah and Micah being a middle linebacker instead of just putting pressure on Hurts is just weird. I don't think Micah has hands or would maximize his impact just sitting back waiting for plays to develop.
@ONEupD8082 жыл бұрын
@@GoneFishin610 exactly..I was thinking why not put Micah on the same side of the formation as miles sanders every time so Micah don’t have to worry about the rpo. Just rush from the backside and have Sam Williams or someone fast even Dono handle the rpo. Adjustment for the next game I guess.
@djackson80472 жыл бұрын
This is good for Eagles fans to see. They swear Lane Johnson was shutting parsons down. Nah, the eagles were terrified of parsons and getting the ball out extremely fast. That lets you know they didn’t trust Lane to hold up against him. You see him clearly beating Lane on the first drop back right here. And that’s a one step drop. That means he got beat immediately.

After giving the defense a rest and cutting the lead to 3 the defense was trying to pass rush, while the eagles were running the ball all the way to the end zone, eating up the clock. Giving Rush a 9 point lead to overcome with no clock or margin for error. I MEAN RUSH LOST THE GAME.
