Use a Tuner like Genex Controller and you get Mudragon,Dragoon, running a generic lvl 7 like Fenrir/Pankratops makes the lvl 10 monster neg Genex,Sangen Kaimen/Dora Dora gets the lvl 3 and Genroku works as a Tuner too(Genroku triggers even if added from Exagard,there are a lot of good lvl 6 Synchros like Silvera,the new one that swaps control,Coral Dragon,Brionac also can go into some lvl 9s like Trishula,Hot Red Abyss,Wolf,Shenshen

You can combine this with goblin bikers pretty well since none of the goblin cards lock you and gigadra is the only Materiactor that locks you into anything. The extra deck space would be tight but you probably could still combo off well, only problem is that you also have to run normal monsters and a one card brick. So your hand could be pretty clogged unless you make a pretty balanced list which I'll probably figure out

If I might make a suggestion, you could triple down on E-Teleport and get a small Speedroid engine to activate the effect of Ghost Fairy Elfobia. She practically locks down any deck with a level higher than 3 if you reveal the Taketomborg before you summon it from your Hand.

in testing pretty decent already, all of your maindeck monsters are 1.5 card rank 3 setups, the new rank 3 is insane, and you have access to the ghostrick engine for early protection if you drew one of the better starters like terrortop in addition to engine. The continuous spell has interesting applications too, if you didn't need to use it to search a starter you can wait to use its excavate effect after you've finished searching, be sure to stack some handtraps on the top of your deck so that you can attach them on your opponents turn & bounce them back to hand with the countertrap / rank 3 effect.

Spams Level 3 monsters (including normal monsters) into Rank 3 in-archetype XYZ Monsters that give easy hand access to their attached cards. Also works well with nearly everything, Rank 3 XYZ has to offer and can even be used as an engine to get into Lvl 6 or 9 Synchro plays via Genex controller (normal/tuner, Lvl3). It got a bunch of really good new cards, including a pretty strong omni negate counter trap. Rank 3 has some pretty strong monsters like the insect monster negate or (what this dude plays) the Armored Torpedo/Fortress line. Overall: plenty of disruption, strong spot removals, as well as an omni negate, all in the form of Rank 3 XYZ or Lvl3*X synchros
