In this lecture I discussed about the most fundamental course of chemical engineering and that is “Material and Energy Balance”. This course plays an important role in chemical engineering. And to do material and energy balance we need the concept of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, mass transfer etc. But this course teaches at the junior level at university. So, many of our undergraduate student do not understand properly this course because they do not familiar with fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics and mass transfer at that level. So, I thought let me make a conceptual video on material and energy balance. And I tried to teach this course as fundamentally as possible. But to understand it you have to give proper attention in this video. So, carefully watch this lecture.
