This was an informative clip and very much appreciated. Are you going to be doing a clip on how to properly load Materials / Patterns? Do you apply your materials as you go or do you wait until you are close to the end of the development. Thanks!

I actually have put together a "Material Library" where I have a number of materials already made. Any material I make is first made in the library so I have it for easy future use. There will certainly be videos on this in the future!

I keep having an issue with rendering material model patterns. (Using Enscape) After I've aligned the patterns in plan, the render and perspective does not read the same angle. It's like it has chosen its own at random. then I have to realign for the render, export the render and later realign for the original plan layout. Is there a button where I can pin the orientation I have chosen? I tried it with a hatch pattern and a similar thing would happen except that it would be in reference to the scale of the hatch form plan to render. Any tips?

You might try favoriting the view in Enscape. This will allow you to choose that view and go that location each time. Hope that's what you are looking for.

Good morning. How to make a 45 degree earth hatch?

Interesting request. The only option I have that might work would be to change the settings of the earth hatch in the fill pattern settings to align to element. Cannot guarantee anything as this is something I have never tried.
